Video A professional video production is the best way to capture both the reality and the romance of your wedding ceremony; especially to share with those not fortunate enough to join you here in paradise on your special day. Those that shoot it themselves are often disappointed, especially with the sound. Our prices vary according to the complexity of the wedding and the production requested. The packages described below are for your information and are general guidelines, please contact us directly to discuss the details of your wedding. These prices are valid on Tortola only, other islands cost more. |

small weddings Our standard price for a small outdoor wedding with the ceremony, signing the license, casual toasts and poses and a walk down the beach is $700. This price is for up to 1 hour of shooting (though the length of the video you get is likely to be considerably shorter) and usually includes a second camera for wide-shots as well. Each additional half-hour of filming is $150. Additional fees apply if there are more than 20 people in the party, or we have to shoot after sunset or there are two or more filming locations or on another island. |
church or large weddings More involved productions with, for example, multiple camera operators, in a church, shooting at night, a large wedding reception, speeches, a separate audio track, etc. cost more. |

professional quality We shoot on the broadcast-quality digital DV format and provide copies on VHS. Audio is critical on a wedding video (the folks back home want to hear your vows), so we like to put an unobtrusive wireless microphone on the groom to capture quality sound - otherwise the vows are lost to the roar of surf and wind. As mentioned above we usually shoot with a minimum of two cameras to make sure we capture the action from every angle. All of our videos come with titles, music (feel free to provide your own on CD) and are fully edited on a state-of-the-art computer-based Digital Non-Linear-Editing system. These are polished productions. Our fees include the considerable time and expertise required to edit professionally. |

discount package By popular request we are offering a special package. This package is available ONLY to those couples who are also booking our still photography services AND whose wedding party consists of just themselves. So if it's just the two of you, with no friends or family present, you can take home lots of photos and a video to share with everyone back home. The price for filming just the ceremony as done by the Registrar (about five minutes long) and a few kisses and romantic walks down the beach is $450, plus the still photography fees. The same high-quality professional standards (including editing) as on our bigger productions still apply. Only one VHS copy of the video is provided. For larger wedding parties, ceremonies performed by someone other than the Registrar, or those booking only a video, regular prices apply.
